WINE TASTING DAY
July 26th at Ventimiglia Vineyard
(Noon to 5:00 p.m.)

We will be hosting a wine tasting day at our tasting room on Saturday, July 26th (Noon-5:00 p.m.) Visitors will be able to taste our whites, reds and blush wines from New Jersey and California grapes. Check out our Wine List page for descriptions of our wines.

Thank you to all of the visitors who came to Ventimiglia Vineyard during the Walk in the Vineyard Wine Trail Weekend on July 11-13th. The event was a huge success. The guests seemed to have a wonderful time and that was a real pleasure for us.

VINEYARD UPDATE:

At Ventimiglia Vineyard, the family and volunteers have been hard at work in the vineyards: pruning, planting, thinning, shoot positioning, weeding, and mulching to prepare our grape vines for our 2008 harvest.

The most important work has been with our wines. Since our wines are all fermented and aged in oak barrels, according to traditional methods, many of the wine cellar tasks involve taking care of the wine in barrels: racking the wine and topping the barrels.
